Hades is around.

Perhaps in my past life, I've signed a pact with Hades to be his witness.

Another death. A 20 yrs old, male, faint in the lavatory and just left like that. No reasonable cause of death, no foul play, nothing. 'Sudden death' doctors called it.

It used to be diseases that brought death to my eyes. And then it was accidents that contributed to the death toll. Then now, it gets even rosier...it's sudden death.

Unforseen, unexplainable and unaccountable.

So they say life is precious, life is sacred, don't waste your life, don't waste your time, take life seriously...etc. I could only blink my eyes in acknowledgement of those statements. Blink, blink and more blinks. And then, 'Ok ma, time's up. We've got to go for lunch.'

I have never taken heed of these advices. At least not dead seriously. Until I met an accident. An accident that almost sent me to either heaven's gate or hell's flame. I shudder everytime I think of it. That feeling of not being in control of situation at such moment can really make you wet your pants.

So I was reminded by God. Reminded that by a simple twist of fate, I could end up in garbage. Nights after the accident, I dreamt of myself confined in my own personal coffin where I could only roll inside, should God put life back in me. I could not hear anything until the next day when I heard someone else being buried and funeral hymms could be heard. And then I'll decompose and contribute to fossil fuel generation.

Yet one reminder is never enough for ppl like me. More is needed for the word D-E-A-T-H to be hard-coded in my head. Hence, another less petrifying but similar incident that reminded me of the former accident. Just a simple hint like that will squeeze my neurons squirting out relevant search results.

I guess there have been enough of reminders. I've experienced it. I know the signs are trying hard to get themselves seen or heard. From the magnitude it's banging on my ears, how can I be not observant enough to learn of them?

The worst has yet to come and this is prolly just the appetizer.

It'll only get uglier. Trust me.
